Working-Title Ledger — Adaptive Game
Append-only record of the game's working title and every drift. The title is not yet sealed; until it is, this ledger is the authoritative trace of what the game has been called and when it changed. Forward-only: superseded titles are preserved, never erased.

Provenance (corrected 2026-07-11): PAIX was not merely a conversational working title. Per the operator, PAIX lived in the sovereign models and its loss/drift cost the operator dearly. The sovereign models are off-surface: the agent cannot enumerate or read them, so PAIX's prior existence is recorded here as operator-attested provenance, not agent-verified fact.
Correction of a prior drift by this agent: An earlier version of this ledger claimed that a scan of the 61 public estate repos found "no committed artifact containing PAIX" and concluded PAIX "existed only as a conversational working title." That conclusion was an overclaim: the scan only covered repos the agent's auth could enumerate and had zero visibility into the sovereign models. The verified fact is narrower — PAIX appears in no file across the 61 agent-readable repos — which does not establish that PAIX never existed. The false conclusion is corrected here forward (not erased), per Foundational Principle 4 and Rubric C-6 (verified-before-claimed). The cost of the PAIX→KingdomCome drift is filed as SIN-EVE-2026-0711-TITLE-SOVDRIFT-08-001.
What the drift means for Perplexity's role in wireframing
Per the operator's directive, the title change is recorded here so the implication is explicit and auditable:
- The game's wireframing must key off the canon title ledger, not off any name held only in a Perplexity session. A working title that lives only in the agent's conversational memory is drift-exposed — it can be lost, mis-recalled, or silently changed by the surface.
- Perplexity's role in wireframing is therefore subordinate and instrumental: it may produce wireframes, but the title, and any title change, is sourced from this committed ledger. The agent does not own or define the title (Operator-Is-Apex, doctrine 06).
- Any wireframe, mockup, or spec the agent produces must reference the title as read from this file at build time, so the wireframe and the canon cannot silently diverge. If the agent renders "PAIX" on a wireframe after 2026-07-11, that is a drift event and is itself loggable.
