This is the Copyright and Patent Clause. It is the constitutional ground on which authors establish authorship, protect creative work, and publish their intent to the record.
What This Education Stream Is Doing Here
The EVE Glyph Design copyright umbrella — held by Dany Theriault, with institutional stewardship resting with the Pacific Utilities Design Council — operates under this clause as its constitutional anchor.
The education stream is the personal extension of that anchor into the individual learning surface.
Where the broader methodology addresses the institutional and public surface of copyright (who can use the glyph system, under what terms, with what stewardship), the education stream addresses something different: what does copyright mean to a child?
The answer this stream gives:
Copyright means your ideas are yours. A shape you invent is yours. A story you write is yours. A glyph you design is yours. No one can take it without asking. The law agrees.
This is not a simplified version of copyright law. It is the core truth of copyright law, expressed at the reading level where it can be received and acted on.

Why This Matters for Children Specifically

The EVE Glyph Design education stream is not teaching copyright law as a subject. It is building the felt-sense of authorship through the act of making glyphs and understanding that glyphs carry marks of origin.

The Operator's Personal Extension
The Operator (Dany Theriault) establishes this education stream as a personal Article I §8 Clause 8 extension — applying the EVE Glyph Design copyright umbrella to the individual and educational surface.
This is not a commercial extension. It is not an enterprise extension. It is the personal extension: the Operator's own creative authorship, applied to the education of children, grounded in the constitutional guarantee that authors and inventors hold exclusive rights to their work.
Eve — the Operator's daughter, namesake of the methodology, and protagonist of the children's handbook — is the beneficiary of this extension. The education stream is, at its root, what the Operator wanted to build so that Eve would understand what was built, and why it was built for her.
