Capability Overview — Single-Surface Delivery (Victoria instance)
What this is
The canon reflection of the single-surface delivery capability overview — the public-facing surface that frames the EVE Glyph delivery method as one page carrying three working proof points: an interactive geospatial model, a live repo-as-save-file progress engine, and an enterprise reference-assessment wireframe.
This directory reflects, in the canon EDU repo, an overview that was first built and deployed in the Victoria instance (EVEglyphDesign/Victoria, live at eveglyphdesign.github.io/Victoria/capability/). The doctrine lives here; Victoria is the first worked instance.

The doctrine this surface encodes
The overview is deliberately neutral capability language. It demonstrates what the method can do, never for whom. The four delivery principles it states are the canon claim:
- One surface, many fidelities — the same method carries an idea from low-fidelity wireframe to a live interactive product with no tool switch.
- Portable and forkable — fully static and open; copyable, forkable, re-hostable; nothing locked to the platform it runs on.
- Live, not mocked — the progress engine reads real repository state, so a demonstration is the delivered behavior, not a slide of it.
- Demo now, tool later — a demonstration today on the same foundation that becomes an operable, student-facing tool with no rewrite.
Boundary — what this surface must never carry
Audience-, sector-, or programme-specific framing stays off this surface and lives in canon outreach instead. The private context for the U.S. nonprofit education initiative (audience, challenges, demo-to-tool relationship path) is recorded in ../outreach/nonprofit-education/, with an explicit boundary table. This overview names none of it.
Relationship to the other reflected surfaces
The three proof points this overview links to are themselves reflected in canon:

Serving note (Victoria)
In the Victoria instance this file is served by the Pages workflow at /capability/, using relative links (../, ../gamification/, ../assessment/) so it resolves under the /Victoria/ base path. EDU (private repo, free plan) does not serve Pages; this directory is the canon record of the surface, not a second live host.
